Candle element for automatic filters

BOLL candle filter elements for automatic filters have been specially adapted to our automatic filters to ensure efficient filtration in various applications. The filter fineness varies depending on the element and the type of filter used to meet individual requirements.

The automatic self-cleaning function enables continuous operation, even at high levels of contamination, without the need for manual intervention. This is particularly advantageous in situations where manual cleaning of the systems would be impractical or time-consuming. This ensures continuous operation and minimizes downtime. As with the candle strainer, several filter cartridges are screwed or inserted into a cartridge holder. The candle filter element is fixed in the filter housing and remains in the filter chamber during cleaning by backwashing. The parallel use of several fabric cartridges within the filter cartridges enables a larger filter surface with a smaller construction volume.

Especially under extreme conditions, such as high temperatures, the stainless steel wire mesh of the filter cartridges offers a clear advantage over other filter media, as it can withstand these and ensures reliable performance.

Please note that continuous, consistent filtration can only be guaranteed if original BOLLFILTER spare parts are used.
