Leadership principles for a high-performance culture
The leadership principles are an instrument for developing a high-performance oriented leadership culture at BOLL & KIRCH. The most important task of our executives is to create a culture that is aligned with the vision, values and corporate strategy. They give our employees the scope for further development, innovation and outstanding performance.
With these leadership guidelines, we are creating a framework in which successful leadership should take place.
As a leader I ensure that our customers both external and internal receive my best service and attention to fulfill their needs. Our efforts for service excellence must be provided in time, with the right quality, and in line with our business objectives. Innovative, agile and responsive as well as solution-oriented mindset supports us in our efforts. Our focus on customers, their needs and abilities to gain added value from our products or services is essential to our company’s own value creation.
As a leader, I communicate openly and directly with our national and international employees, customers and suppliers. Diversity, cultural sensitivity, understanding and delivering on promises are the key factors in our international world, they are the guiding principles behind everything we do.
As a leader, I make sure that I set an example for my employees, suppliers and customers by thinking long-term and acting in a trustworthy manner. I set an example of what I myself expect from my employees, suppliers and customers. I keep my promises and communicate proactively in the event of deviations.
As a leader my aim is to foster a culture of trust respect and professionalism for all interactions with our employees, customers and suppliers, by this we want to instill confidence to help guarantee the success of our company. We talk to each other, not about each other, we coordinate our actions and treat each other with dignity. In my leadership role, I make decisions, delegate tasks, execute plans and take responsibility for both actions and outcome.
As a leader I am the responsible driver for encouraging change and continuous improvement. I promote, encourage and empower my team as well as other colleagues to achieve our business goals with joy and passion, proactively driving development, both in my area of responsibility and across the board.
